Board of Public Works Commissioners Volunteer for Shine LA Cleanup

On Saturday, July 26, Board of Public Works commissioners took part in a Shine LA day of service and community clean-up at three locations in the City. President Steve Kang and Commissioner Ernesto Cardenas helped kick off the day's activities at the North Harbor Gateway. Then President Kang joined Mayor Karen Bass, Councilmember Tim McOsker, and President Pro Tempore John Grant to get the Wilmington cleanup started, while Commissioner Faith Mitchell volunteered at the site in South Los Angeles.
